Complaints and suggestions Citizens who wish to submit a complaint or suggestion to the Isla de la Cartuja Scientific Research Center must use the official form available at the Electronic Headquarters, https://sede.csic.gob.es/quejas-y-sugerencias, Of the CSIC website, where they can fill it out and send it directly, with or without a digital certificate, or download it for later processing. They can also request it printed at the Secretariat of the Center. The complaint or suggestion may be filed: A) Electronically, through the electronic headquarters of the CSIC, with or without digital certificate.
